Established in 2025 and headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 3 River Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of HTI Sanjiang and the local operating company for TRIVER SAUDI. It supports project delivery in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

Large industrial, energy, infrastructure, and data center projects in Saudi Arabia place demanding requirements on fire protection systems. Products must meet international technical standards and project specifications, while local teams must be able to respond quickly to consultants, owners, and EPC contractors on technical, procurement, logistics, site coordination, and after-sales matters. The core value of 3 River Company is therefore to turn global resources into locally executable capabilities.

3 River Company is continuously strengthening localized capabilities across market development, technical support, project coordination, system integration, procurement and supply chain, logistics delivery, site support, and after-sales service. By coordinating its Riyadh-based team with manufacturing resources in China, international partners, and regional supply networks, the company can shorten communication and supply-chain paths for cross-border projects and provide customers with more direct project support.

In addition to regional operations and project services, 3 River Company is continuing to develop local fire protection manufacturing and related service capabilities in Saudi Arabia. TRIVER SAUDI’s current plans include modern fire protection manufacturing capabilities as well as fire suppression gas cylinder filling and refilling services, with the aim of progressively strengthening local production, testing, service, supply assurance, and lifecycle support across the Middle East.

Looking ahead, 3 River Company will continue to use Saudi Arabia as its regional base, focusing on industrial, oil and gas, power, new energy, data center, commercial building, and major infrastructure projects while strengthening localization, professional capabilities, and long-term service as the business grows.
